In case of any disputes the law applicable would be based on the UAE Governing Law.

 D) Lead Time for out of stocks products

E) VAT (Value Added Tax)

Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable at the rate of 5% for the products supplied in the UAE.

Orders outside UAE Value Added Tax is not applicable.
